Current Approaches in Psychiatry / Psikiyatride Guncel Yaklasimlar,
This source laid the groundwork for me, it became an example of a floor plan. This source, addressed and brought up the history of bibliotherapy and how it may be used in a variety of ways. Before this article i was not aware that bibliotherapy was a thing, i did not know that there were independent studies focusing on the theme of literature aiding children with traumas and psychological disorders or issues. I believe this is an on topic source because it was the main article and research study that caught my interest and it also contributes a fair amount of information to add to my article.

Psychology today explains how the use of a good book may be more than just a good book, the literature may influence our lives and create a better envormonegt for the reader mentally, and may influence the reader to have a positive outlook on life. This obviously depends on the book the individual is reading but overall, psychology today states that a good book implements better mental health and a book may lead to a better life.

I used this as an on topic source because it is a source that contributes an additional amount of information in terms of history wise, but as well this comes from a feature article allowing me to understand the process of bibliotherapy in an informal way. Stating the facts but also giving it a personal feeling gets the point across, while stating case studies to show the effects bibliotherapy has in a real life setting.
CULTURAL ARTIFACTS.
For an off topic source, I had trouble with this one, but i think the song Anthem, by leonard cohen may be a good example. The song reminds me of getting through difficult times and the lyrics are very therapeutic, so i believe this can be an off topic source.
EXPERIENTIAL RESEARCH.
An off topic would be the museum visit I had last week, there’s this one painting in the museum of fine arts, of a blonde girl in the middle of a wheat valley. She’s painted with simplicity but details. The painter showed the vulnerability with brush stroke but her resilience with her facial features. I go to this painting every time I visit, and every time it’s as if this little girl is looking through my soul and healing me. This is an off topic source, because she is a painting, maybe a figment of the painters imagination or maybe she was a real person, we do not know. But she heals with her eyes, and for just one moment while you are viewing this painting you stop thinking of yourself, and you feel healed.
